Lead Service Technician Trainees $45K - $65K YR.

immediate hire openings for (2) talented Lead Service Technician Trainees.

Our service teams enjoy a 4 day/10hr. work week and a 3 day WEEKEND EVERY FRI-SUN .

Qualifications:

All Scout SoftWash service team members must have:

A valid and clean California drivers license and a near perfect attendance integrity.

Ability and willingness to be job site trained by the owners and follow checklist guidelines for services provided. Training certifications are ongoing and required by Scout SoftWash.

An outgoing passion for serving our customers and providing unequaled service.

Strong ENGLISH communication skills and a proven work ethic.

Job Description: Trainee

You will be part of a team of 2 service technicians Monday through Thursday

7am to 5 pm weekly. You will be personally trained and mentored to develop your skill

set to become a Lead Service Tech with your own team.

Mon-Thurs. assigned & scheduled exterior property cleaning service completions including residential roofs, house walls, windows and hardscape areas. Working as a team of 2 ,

Scout SoftWash service teams provide finished detailed cleanings, communications, upsells, and referral generations. The ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and carry ladders for short distances is a job and hiring requirement. We provide 100% training, PPE and weekly pay upon job completions.
