Position: Lead Technician - Water Mitigation

We’re hiring a Lead Technician to join the Water Mitigation division of Paul Davis Restoration of Raleigh-Durham! Paul Davis Restoration restores residential and commercial properties nationwide following water, fire, and mold damage. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable skills and advance your career!

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay $15- $24 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly discretionary bonus opportunity.
• 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) after first year of employment.
• Seven (7) paid holidays per year.

• Participation in 401(k) plan with employer matching after 3 months of employment.
• Use of company issued cell phone and ipad.

Responsibilities:

• Lead crew of water mitigation technicians to provide excellent customer service in demolition and drying of water damaged properties.
• *Experience with MICA is preferred but not required.
• This position will include opportunities for training in other areas over time, including environmental services (mold remediation, asbestos abatement, COVID-19 spraying, etc.) and contents manipulation and cleaning (packing, moving, inventory, and cleaning).

Job Qualifications:

• Availability to begin work at 7:30a.m. Monday-Friday and participate in on-call schedule.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 75lbs or more on a frequent basis.

Additional Skills and Certifications- *preferred but not required

• IICRC certifications: ASD- Applied Structural Drying; WRT- Water Damage Restoration Technician; FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
