Summary
The Underbody Coat Lead will assist the UBC Supervisor with daily job duties, assignments, guidance, and technical assistance including maintenance on any and all equipment used at UBC. Employee should be capable of supervising the UBC department and the UBC team members in the absence of UBC Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the UBC Supervisor adjusting employee tasks based on work flow to and from UBC.
- Assist the UBC Supervisor in completing any reports and or audits that need to be preformed during their shift.
- Follow the UBC maintenance task list to ensure that the UBC equipment is being cared for and maintained daily.
- Assist UBC Supervisor with daily operation of UBC department including maintenance of all equipment used at Underbody coating.
- Alert Supervisors immediately of issues or concerns related to daily operation of UBC.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members with proper departmental procedures while doing tasks, Hazard communication standards, and safe work practices throughout the department.
- Work with internal and external customers to meet and exceed customers expectation.
- Communicate with management and team members in a informative and constructive way.
- Perform other task as instructed by leadership

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- Forklift experience required
- 1 year of experience required; 3 years of experience preferred
- Valid State Drivers License

- Stand, Walk, Drive, Bend/Stoop
- Repetitive use of hand/grasping
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs
