QUALIFICATION:

  • At least 18 years old

  • 18+ months of experience in a leadership role

  • Strong verbal/non-verbal communication skills

  • Outgoing and friendly

  • Positive attitude

  • Team player

  • Must be able to work most Fridays and Saturdays

  • Ability to lift up to 36 lbs consistently

  • Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent Chick-fil-A’s incredible culture of care and professionalism to all team members, vendors, stakeholders, and guests and work to build long-term relationships

  • Work to build influence with team members by showing care through serving them

  • Food & Team Member Safety: ensure all standards are known and followed at all times

  • Food & Service Quality: prepare great food that is delivered by incredible team members

  • Speed of Service: consistently fight to get faster and eliminate regular bottlenecks

  • Restaurant Cleanliness: keep workspaces, dining room, and restrooms in pristine condition

  • Complete daily checklists and ensure all systems are being followed at all times

  • Provide all employees with meal and rest periods as required per CA Law

REQUIRED SKILLS:
