Pay $18.50 to $19.00/hr (Up to $39.5k/yr)
Flexible Hours
Closed Sundays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)

QUALIFICATION:
At least 18 years old
18+ months of experience in a leadership role
Strong verbal/non-verbal communication skills
Outgoing and friendly
Positive attitude
Team player
Must be able to work most Fridays and Saturdays
Ability to lift up to 36 lbs consistently
Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent Chick-fil-A’s incredible culture of care and professionalism to all team members, vendors, stakeholders, and guests and work to build long-term relationships
Work to build influence with team members by showing care through serving them
Food & Team Member Safety: ensure all standards are known and followed at all times
Food & Service Quality: prepare great food that is delivered by incredible team members
Speed of Service: consistently fight to get faster and eliminate regular bottlenecks
Restaurant Cleanliness: keep workspaces, dining room, and restrooms in pristine condition
Complete daily checklists and ensure all systems are being followed at all times
Provide all employees with meal and rest periods as required per CA Law
