Scope and Purpose
The Leasing Consultant is a vital part of the everyday operation on site. This individual is the first person that is seen by a prospect and contributes greatly to the first impression the prospect has of the community and Heritage Properties, Inc. This individual is primarily responsible for leasing apartments in an enthusiastic, informative and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Greet prospective residents and show the model and available vacancies which are rent ready.
2. Answer all phone inquiries with a smile and provide accurate information for the caller's needs.
3. Qualify prospective residents, and verify application data.
4. Maintain the traffic sheet.
5. Follow-up on all information calls and prospects that has visited the property, including sending thank-you cards.
6. Complete all lease packets prior to move-in. Check all move-ins prior to move-in date to assure completion.
7. Prepare clubhouse, leasing material, and model for viewing.
8. Shop other apartment communities by phone and in person once per month as assigned by the Manager and assist in preparing the monthly Marketing Analysis.
9. Make corporate and marketing calls daily as set by the Manager.
10. Assist with all leasing activities and resident relations.
11. Remain familiar with duties of all on-site personnel. fuform Manager or Assistant Manager immediately ifunable to perform any Leasing Consultant duties.
