WinnCompanies is looking for a skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Fort Wainwright. Your remarkable customer service skills set you apart from your peers, and you thrive by making genuine connections. You have the organization and compliance knowledge to maintain waitlists and reports to federal and state standards.
Responsibilities
- Review prospective residents applications to verify their qualifications for the community according to all company, local, state, federal, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle telephone inquiries, internet leads and walk-in traffic, and manage lead follow-up through CRM.
- Maintain and increase occupancy by selling and leasing homes through matching customers’ needs and desires with community inventory available and demonstrating the value in our community.
- Utilize features/benefits, selling on virtual and physical tours to communicate community value.
- Perform administrative functions required to lease property (to include processing rental application, data entry, general correspondence, waitlist maintenance and resident files).
- Knowledgeable in operating policies and procedures specific to the property, including, but not limited to: security deposit policy, lease break policy, photo ID policy, and pet policy.
- Maintain relationships with area corporations and real estate brokers to generate new business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of work experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service.
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with various computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers in a professional, service-oriented, and respectful manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree.
- CALP certification.
- Experience with Yardi property management software.
