Job Description: Borger Residential is looking for innovative and experienced Leasing Professionals to oversee the marketing and leasing efforts of a newly renovated luxury community in Alexandria, VA. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for creating marketing collateral, including but not limited to flyers, brochures, and content, in an effort to generate qualified traffic for the community.

The Leasing Professional is responsible for the entire rental experience by serving as the initial contact for all prospective residents and will be responsible for completing the tour, application, and move-in process for the community. Section 8 compliance experience preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3 -5 years of leasing, sales, or community management experience. The position requires excellent organization, customer service, and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively. Additionally, the position requires the following:

• Ability to work independently
• Computer competency
