Who we're looking for
Lexus' Southern Area Vehicle Marketing Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Vehicle Marketing Administrator. We are a closely knit team that is imaginative, thoughtful, and brave in all that we do and create.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with the administration of various department programs and understand the constant changes to various incentives, programs, partnerships, policies and procedures.
Reporting to the Vehicle Marketing Manager, the person in this role provides administrative support and exceptional customer service to dealership personnel or internal Lexus associates who work with the Marketing Dept. of the Area office.
What you'll be doing
- Work directly with TMNA/incentive administration group to address region and dealer inquiries.
- Assist in the creation of and review of incentive forms, official communications.
- Process payments for region incentive programs.
- Track and communicate contest updates.
- Reconcile monthly incentive budget.
- Monitor departments adherence to Toyota and SOX policies and procedures. Tasks include submission/reconciliation of purchase requisitions, contracts, and ePPRs, and processing various payments.
- Train office managers on incentive administration.
- Tasks associated with various grassroots and marketing partnerships.
- Plan and execute various internal and external meetings and trips.
- Coordinate with Assistant General Manager to balance and provide reporting on Area Office budget.
- Support all Lexus Southern Area departments as needs arise.
What you bring
- Associates’ degree (or higher), or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfort in supporting multiple teams.
- Experience with prioritizing.
- Ability to present new programs to small, internal groups.
- Administrative experience.
Added bonus if you have
- Event coordination experience.
- General budget & selling budget administration and reconciliation experience.
- Experience with incentive programs.
