We are a Balayage-loving, hair color fanatic, very social, salon, and bridal styling stylists, with a fun group looking to expand our team! Get rewarded for your production and have opportunities for more freedom with your schedule and money while serving more of your dream clients.

We pay commission plus benefits on a tiered level system for our commission stylists after training is finished.

For less experienced stylists, no problem! We provide personalized NEW DIGITAL training programs and resources as world-class trainers with proven systems to get you ready. We pay hourly up to about $19 per hr to start, during your training and time working on clients during on the job training program plus tips. Then, you would move up to a commission full-time position.

Our guests enjoy unmatched customer service while sipping a glass of wine in the heart of upscale Clearwater Beach. We have been proudly serving the beach community for more than 20 years and are a Redken obsessed hair team who take pride in our ongoing education accomplishments and treatment of our guests as seen in our reviews. We are expanding the hair team and looking for the right fit for our upscale, and growing salon.
