Position Requirements:
- State of Indiana or Illinois Journeyman License
- 4+ Years of Experience in Residential Plumbing
- Inspecting structure, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passage holes for pipe in walls and floors
- Repairing and maintaining plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains
- Ability to interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical drawings
- Building plumbing systems, gas, water, sewer, steam systems, inspections
- Must be able to perform takeoff, plan work, order material with minimal shorts
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project
