This is an employee position not an independent contractor or room rental.

Cornerstone Wellness & Medical Massage Group offers a variety of massage modalities including Neuromuscular Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Prenatal, Motor Vehicle Accident/Injury Rehabilitation, Myofascial Release.

We currently have a strong team of 2 therapists and are looking to add an additional therapist. We treat our staff and clients like family and strive to provide exceptional quality of care.

This is a non-competitive environment where we work together as a team to address the needs of each client. It is not uncommon for our clients to see different therapists each time they come in. Our top priority is to strive for the progress and success of each client.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current CO state license
• Professional insurance (AMTA, ABMP, etc)
• 1-2+ years experience preferred
• Experience in clinical and/or medical setting: medically specific work for injuries, workers comp, auto accident, chronic pain issues, medical disorders, post surgery, etc.
• Massages will be injury and/or condition specific
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to problem solve, use discernment and skills to customize treatment sessions for each client, each session
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Schedule: variable depending on the needs of the team. Currently looking for someone with availability for some daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Apply selected modality, concentrating on any areas of particular discomfort. Monitor patient's responses to treatment and adjust, change or terminate treatment based on feedback.
• Provide on-going evaluation of patients in conjunction with other therapists involved in their care in order to reassess treatment needs.
• Properly document patient information, interview responses, treatments, feedback and results in electronic medical records.
• Adhere to all office protocols, HIPAA guidelines and any related state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain office and treatment room in a clean, safe, sterile and organized state.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm; Saturday, 10am to 3pm.

PROVIDED: All equipment and product, business cards, linens, laundry service, three well stocked treatment rooms, hydraulic massage tables, established clientele, referral network in medical community and regular marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
