Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our clinical team. Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest in beauty and wellness, possess extensive knowledge of skin care treatments, and demonstrate an ability to provide exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

Perform a variety of facial treatments, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser treatments.

Educate clients on suitable skincare routines and recommend appropriate skincare products.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with state health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and a seamless service experience.

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of the latest industry techniques and products.

Qualifications:

A current Florida Aesthetician license.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the following areas

Sales

Cosmetology

Customer Service

Proficiency in various skincare treatments and techniques including:

Hydrafacial

Microneedling

Light chemical peels

Microdermabrasion

Body contouring with EMsculpt Neo and EMtone

IPL

Spider vein removal

Exceptional customer experience and service skills with a professional demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, events and weekends, as needed.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well with a supportive team and maintain a positive attitude.
