Meadowbrook is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant. We are a 280 bed sub acute nursing facility for both short and long term residents . Under the direction of Physical therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant will aid in a variety of patient care including:

• Performing tests
• Help in complex procedures
• Work with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement the agreed-upon course of care for each patient.
• Responsible for adhering to the department's treatment schedule, clinical procedures and billing documentation for each of their patients
• Work with and instruct family members and caregivers of the patient on their treatment plan and how to implement that program at home, under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
• Rehab and sigma care system knowledge is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
