Responsibilities:

• Either a State of Illinois/ Journeyman/Journeywoman License or City of Chicago Journeyman/Journeywoman License
• 4+ Years of Experience in Residential Plumbing
• Inspecting structure, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passage holes for pipe in walls and floors
• Repairing and maintaining plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains
• Ability to interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical drawings
• Building plumbing systems, gas, water, sewer, steam systems, inspections
• Must be able to perform takeoff, plan work, order material with minimal shorts
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project
