Seeking LPNs to work with us doing shift work! Base rate is $45 per hour.
Alliance Homecare, a Concierge Home Health Agency, is looking for LPNs with Homecare experience to join our team of elite caregivers! We strive on the “Grandma Rule” meaning we search for caregivers that we would feel confident about taking care of our own grandparents. Alliance Homecare works with private pay and long-term care insurance for our clients.
Our clients are able to remain in their own home despite needing medical attention that may otherwise have placed them in a facility. Employment at Alliance will allow you the opportunity to provide 1:1 care that you cannot provide in a hospital setting.
You must pick up a minimum of 8 shifts per month!
Requirements of the Private Duty LPN:
- Valid NY State LPN License
- At least two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience with geriatric and trach/vent patients strongly preferred
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Must be able to work at least 2 consistent shifts per week

- Medication management
- Foley catheter care
- Colostomy and Ostomy care
- G-tube feeding
- Insulin/diabetic care management
- Hospice care
- Hoyer lift transfer or bed bound care
- Wound care
- IV/PICC/Infusion
