WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE FT, PT, PER-DIEM LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES TO JOIN OUR TEAM IMMEDIATELY!
The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility caring for both the geriatrics and pediatrics populations. We are currently seeking licensed practical nurses for both units for all shifts.

Responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Be able to handle complexity of a Pediatrics unit
- Ability to care for patients with NGT, GT, Tracheostomy, wound care, and temperature instability.
- Be able to care for patients on a ventilator machine
- Must have the ability to adapt to an environment/clinical setting that changes day to day
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
- Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents and family members in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulation
- Promote and support positive guest relations to all visitors and residents
Requirements for a Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey
