Phoenix Behavioral Health Services, LLC is a Mental Health clinic and a provider of ABA therapy services throughout the state of Wisconsin. Phoenix is a family oriented company that uses a team approach in developing and providing individualized treatment that promotes growth and development of each client. Phoenix is growing and expanding and is currently seeking full-time Licensed Professional Counselors to work within our Counseling Department.

Job description:

Phoenix Behavioral Health Services has an opening for a Master, outpatient therapist to work in one of our clinic locations (Two Rivers, Green Bay, or Stevens Point). This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual with strong clinical skills, a positive growth-orientated personality, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain professional records. This position works with people of all ages but has a primary focus on children and adolescents.

The candidate should have an emphasis on prevention and strategies for managing behaviors, cognition, and emotions. Promote self-awareness, social-awareness, mental well-being, and personal care and development.

Qualifications:

• LPC, LPC-T, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
• Strong Clinical skills
• Positive, growth-oriented personality
• Organized, with the ability to maintain professional records
• Commitment & eagerness to grow a thriving clinical practice

Requirements:

• Develop & implement treatment plans
• Counsel clients individually or in group sessions
• Counsel family members to assist them in understanding, dealing with, or supporting clients
• Maintain client-related paperwork, including federal- and state-mandated forms, client diagnostic records, and progress notes. Submit necessary paperwork to Billing/Collections department
• Maintain confidentiality
• Perform crisis interventions with clients, including suicide threat
• Refer patients, clients, or family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary
• Continue in your professional growth, Maintain continuing education requirements
