Duties Include

· Cultivate leads and contacts into clients

· Provide guidance to clients on the buying or selling process, including property valuation, pricing, and negotiation

· Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers

· Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients

· Conduct market analysis to keep abreast of industry trends and ensure competitive pricing for properties

· Be familiar with active listings, proactively searching for properties that suit clients

· Maintain a strong and positive relationship with clients throughout the entire process; building long-term clientele

· Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and lenders to ensure successful transactions

· Assist in preparing listings to hit the market

· Hold team leader’s open houses

Requirements

· Licensed WA Real Estate Broker

· Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and car

· Flexible schedule; available on-call, nights, and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
