Licensed Therapists Wanted!! LPC/LCSW/LMFT

Position is Hybrid Remote in Fairfax, VA office.

This is where you come in! We are looking for dedicated Part Time Independent Licensed LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs to help us sustain our mission of providing holistic mental and emotional wellness that will positively impact our clients, families, and communities.

As a Therapist, you will:

• Provide high-quality mental health services
• Collaborate with clients/families to create effective treatment plans
• Increase clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation and billing
• Work collaboratively with your peers
• Participate in Utilization Reviews
• Be open to "co-facilitating" groups
• Attend and collaborate in staff meetings
• Maintain an agreed upon caseload
• Hold yourself ethically accountable in all areas of service provision

Requirements:

• Masters in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Hold an independent license as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia (active and in good standing)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in private practice (other mental health settings considered)
• Registered with NPI & CAQH (preferred)
• Part Time Availability* - M-F 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and/or 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm; Saturdays 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (Minimum 20-25 hours per week required)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid remote capacity onsite 2 days per week and remote for other hours (Flexible Days)
• Knowledge and application of CBT and DBT
• Previous experience facilitating groups (preferred)
• Excellent communication with high attention to details
• Positive and solution focused attitude
• Must have a love for learning and growing & be a team player!
