Meridian Care of Monte Vista - Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

**$1,750 SIGN ON BONUS** RN/LVN

Position Summary:

We are looking for an RN/LVN to care for our elderly patients at Meridian Care of Monte Vista! In this position, your primary responsibility will be to help, assist, and care for the needs of elderly patients. You will also be responsible for overseeing each patient's overall health and medical histories. As an RN /LVN, you want to ensure that everyone receives the best care possible! The ideal candidate will be promoting quality care and follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver patient care so that optimum quality is achieved.
• Ensures that nursing assistant duties and responsibilities are accomplished in a timely quality manner and reporting problems to the Nursing Supervisor and/or DON.
• Report changes and problems in resident to Nursing Supervisor and/or DON.
• Ensure accuracy and promptness in transcribing physicians orders.
• Carry out proper charting practices and procedures.
• Consult with DON and/or Nursing Supervisor about residents resident conditions and their treatments.
• Assist with new admissions, hospital transfers and discharged as requested by DON or Nursing Supervisor.
• Must demonstrate leadership, good judgment and dependability.
• Must be knowledgeable and accurate in the administration of medications and treatments.
• Must possess good listening, verbal and written skills.

Education, Experience and Licensure Requirements:

• CPR certified
• Experience preferred but not required
• Must be covid vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated

Shifts:

• Monday- Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm- $1.50 shift differential ******
• Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm

• LVN competitive pay up to $26.50/hour depending on experience
• RN competitive pay up to $36.50/ hour depending on experience
