What will you do in this role:
- Create an innovative and exciting monthly activities calendar developed in close concert with the residents’ special interests
- Lead and participate in resident activities and events.
- Manage Life Enrichment team members through on-going performance management and timely coaching.
- Participate in resident care plans and care conferences as appropriate.
You have:
- Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members.
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and management to continuously improve program quality.
- Ability to maintain a customer focus at all times delivering a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work on occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle (town car and 14 passenger van)
