Job description

Awesome Sports Bar in the heart of the beautiful Cascade Mountains. Coal Mountain Caboose focuses on scratch made food, 11 Taps with constantly rotating Craft Beer & Cider, and one of the largest liquor selections in Central Washington offering in-house cocktails. It is an all ages restaurant that operates currently 7 days a week 11AM-9PM. We have a young, face paced crew that is loving the busy days and great tips. We have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and the overall customer experience. It's all about consistency and providing the same great experience time and time again whether it is food/drink/service.

We are looking at building a core team as we are on the brink of the busy season. There are plenty of hours and shifts to stay busy, we are offering both Full Time & Part Time positions with flexibility.

You need to have experience in the kitchen, our recipes are strait forward but we do focus on scratch made. Homemade sauces, hand cut fries, weekly specials.

Compensation is based on experience and what you bring to the table.

WE DO NOT POOL TIPS! (Tipped out Daily)
