Nestled deep in the heart of the South Carolina Low Country, just minutes from the bridge leading to world-famous Hilton Head Island, lies the unique Community of Moss Creek. Moss Creek is a private, residential Community of over 1,000 acres located in a place like no other, and after one visit, you will see why it is affectionately known as “Mother Nature’s Hole-in-One."

The Line Cook prepares food, helps the kitchen workers in the preparation of food items and sets up allocated stations for menu, as instructed by the Executive Chef and compliant with health and hygiene standards.

The Line Cook also arranges, prepares and break downs the buffets and food displays while maintaining the uppermost hygienic standards.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Line Cook sets up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
• The Line Cook prepares a variety of foods; meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable, and cold food items
• The Line Cook arranges sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
