Paint Line Technician - Weekend
We are looking for great future teammates in a powder coating & assembly role for our weekend shift at our Kiel facility. No experience necessary!
Starting Pay: Hourly pay for our weekend shift starts at $18.75/hour, plus a $4.50 shift premium, making your hourly wage $23.25. In addition, you will be paid for an extra 2 hours for perfect attendance each weekend.
Responsibilities: As a paint line technician you will be trained on one of the following primary skills:

• Powder Coating
• Load
• Unload and Assembly

You may also train and perform additional tasks like masking, forklift operation, or flexing to our fabrication area as needed.
After training and gaining experience in one of these areas, you can expect opportunities to train in other competencies, earning more pay as you learn and grow!
Schedule: Friday-Sunday 12 hour shifts: 4am-4pm
Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

What is the training like?
No experience in manufacturing is necessary. New employees participate in a robust training program designed to get you the skills they need to be successful. Basic training starts with exposure to our load area, as well as powder coating paint instruction, unload and assembly.
We strive to find a skill specialization for our new employees where they feel comfortable and that plays to their strengths.
