$40 can be earned weekly for Perfect Attendance

Assist and support training of new team members on standard work and safety.

Notify Material Handlers when out of parts or Maintenance when machine problems occur.

Must be capable of using programmable controls, scanners, and or computers.

Assist in problem-solving on product quality, process capability, and operator effectiveness

Attributes/Skills Required/Sought

• Two year technical degree (mechanical or electronics) from an academically accredited institution
• Be able to perform all jobs in the department at standard rate.
• Must have excellent communication, and leadership skills
• Have basic knowledge of the material flow and key quality characteristics.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and handle up to 45 lbs.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills
• Ability to deal with problems and multiple priorities
• Interpersonal skills
• 8D problem solving class
• Certificate(s): Electronics, PLC, and mechanics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
