- Provide secretarial support to attorneys through litigation, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel - arrangements
- Draft and edit legal documents and correspondence, such as pleadings, discovery requests, and contracts
- File legal documents with the court and maintain electronic and paper files
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
