Livescan Fingerprinting Specialists are the point of contact between Heritage and clients/business needing Professional Fingerprinting Services in the Frederick and Hagerstown area. Specialists identify businesses or individuals required to be Livescan Fingerprinted by the State of Maryland and assist them in completion of the requirements with Heritage’s convenient livescan resources. Our Livescan Fingerprinting Specialists are the first point of contact with our clients. Their attitude and knowledge about Heritage’s Livescan services will set the tone for the client’s first impression of Heritage. Heritage is seeking people with strong communication skills that are willing to learn and incorporate personal strengths into the Heritage Brand. This is a outside sales position focused on business-to-business sales(B2B).
Livescan Fingerprinting Specialist Responsibilities
· Present, Promote, and sell professional fingerprinting services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
· Identify, establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to keep Heritage the first option for professional fingerprinting services
· Build clientele through cold calling, marketing programs, calling existing customers within an assigned territory to build relationships, conducting research to find potential new clients, and in person visits.
· Communicate in a professional, courteous, and compassionate manner with all clients and
· Organize customer information in the point-of-sale system and customer relationship management software.
· Coordinate sales efforts with Heritage Customer Service and Managers for all efforts including the scheduling of our mobile livescan services.
· Achieve agreed upon sales targes and outcomes within schedule.
· Work cooperatively with all staff to achieve Heritage’s goals and objectives.
Livescan Fingerprinting Specialist Skills and Experience:
· Prior Customer Support and/or Sales Experience.
· Strong verbal and written English Communication
· Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and instructions in written form.
· Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Highly motivated professional with a strong desire to succeed.
Compensation
· Flat Hourly Pay with Unlimited Earning Potential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
