Job description

Position Summary:

• Manage and lead the coordination of D+I Education courses including the scheduling, evaluating, and reporting outcomes.
• Responsible for managing VMO requests, POs, and invoice processing
• Lead marketing strategies and communications for upcoming D+I education
• Research and benchmark best in class Diversity and Inclusion practices
• Provide project management support including preparation of reports and presentation materials (A3 Presentation support)
• Manage and lead the D+I My Toolbox site
• Support the creation and delivery of Driving IDEA’s Newsletter
• Lead the D+I Champions program – including marketing, cohort nominations, and communications

Requirements:

• Strong organizational Skills; past experience in organizing, multi-tasking and meeting strict deadlines
• Resourceful problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse groups/individuals in a team setting and one-on-one with all levels of leadership
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to function in ambiguous and sometimes stressful situations

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Project Management experience
• Tech-savvy
• Data analysis skills
• Experience in using MS Project, Access, and Visio

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Plano, TX 75023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
