Description: NSI requires a LO Systems Architecture Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the B-2 Program efforts. In this role you will provide full-spectrum LO Systems Architecture SME Support to the B-2 Program Office within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Assist in managing and organizing resources and personnel needed to meet the objectives of each task efficiently and effectively, as well as exploring new approaches as applicable within the performance of these tasks.

Essential Job Functions: Possess systems engineering experience, including developing and managing the acquisition of LO platform modifications including but not limited to avionics, software, computer architecture, communication, and EW systems. Knowledgeable in avionics, software, computer, radar, EW, and communications engineering principles. Experience with developing, acquiring, and managing LO platform IA, cybersecurity, and AT provisions. Apply experience developing and managing the acquisition of LO platform modifications including but not limited to avionics, software, computer architecture, and communications. Assist in initiating, supervising, and/or developing requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs. Assist in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff. Help provide detailed analysis, evaluations and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues. Consult with the Government to define need or problem. Supervise studies and leading surveys to collect and analyzes data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Education: An ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Experience: 15 years of experience, minimum of 5 years of experience must be in the DoD.

Allowable Substitutions: Master’s Degree plus 12 years’ experience is required.

Security Clearance: Top Secret
