Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist in Meriden, CT. The Loan Operations Specialist provides general administrative support to management through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This is an ON-SITE position, reporting to the Meriden office Mon-Fri.

Loan Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

• Assists Loan Operations Leadership with their daily organization tasks.
• Arranges and attends meetings to take detailed minutes.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and organize calendars.
• Create spreadsheets and presentations.
• Prepare statistical and budget reports.
• Review and organize regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material.
• Greet and provide general support to visitors in the Loan Ops area.
• Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Associates degree or equivalent related work experience required
• 1 years prior experience as a Loan Operations or Admin assistant preferred
• Mortgage servicing experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
