As the Local Marketing Specialist, you are a knowledgeable, nimble, dynamic Pay Per Click (PPC) expert who is excited by the chance to dig into a campaign and make it better than ever and more excited to share that information with others. You are a reliable results-oriented high-quality-of-work person who is detail-oriented enough to find the smallest of optimizations, but also a big picture thinker who can effectively communicate your strategies and insights to others.
The local Marketing Specialist serves as a skilled marketing resource and coach who provides strategic execution on corporate store location marketing, testing, and validating, then shares best practices to the entire system. The specialist will develop insight into franchisee marketing performance, including oversite on local paid search campaigns and other local marketing efforts. The mission is to maximize revenue for corporate and franchise locations, maximize profits and increase franchise partner satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Oversee PPC/Google Ads for corporate store locations as managed by outside agency.· Provide digital marketing insights for corporate store managers and franchise system.· Oversee testing of new PPC tactics or programs at corporate store level.· Provide clear & transparent data to drive improvements.· Drive compliance with local marketing playbook to ensure maximum benefit.· Conduct PPC audits to ensure corporate store discoveries are being used throughout the system.· Conduct motivational & educational quarterly bootcamps with the franchise systems to help franchise partners succeed in their local marketing efforts. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: · Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.· Pay Per Click (PPC) experience is a must. COMPUTER SKILLS: · Must be highly proficient with computer skills, be able to analyze critical Key Performance Indicators for Google paid search campaigns and have high knowledge of Google AdWords.
