CGS is seeking to hire a temporary Logistics Support Team Member to join our team in support to XCTC Army National Guard training. We are looking for hard-working teammates who will work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Your job duties will include general outdoor work and will be trained in installation equipment such as multiple integrated laser systems (MILES).
Essential Functions:

• Be trained to install communication equipment, global tracking sensors, and multiple integrated laser systems (MILES) for military training
• Trouble shoots trackers and MILES equipment reports any defaults to FSR and/or Property Specialist
• Load/unload equipment under the supervision of a team lead
• Assist in set-up and preparation of training lanes and training sites
• Responsible for set-up and teardown of I&C towers, equipment, and AAR sites
• Work in a warehouse issuing and receiving equipment and conducting property inventories
• Work outside on a military training area doing physical labor such as setting up tents, moving equipment, and replacing batteries
• Collects refuse and salvageable materials, marries/unmarries MILES equipment to MILES harness, assist in RSOI validation and Reverse RSOI to account for Tracker Harness and other MILES equipment issued
• If required, transport personnel and equipment within the local area
• Assist in install/deinstall of vehicle instrumentation

Requirements:

• Pass a background check
• Have a valid Drivers License and able to safely drive a 12-passenger van or full-size pick-up truck
• Ability to safely lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in an outdoor environment using military tents and portable restrooms
• Hard worker, show up on time, work well with others
