We're looking for a motivated individual; preferably someone with proven SAP experience to manage the flow of goods from our parent company in Germany to our warehouse ? for further distribution to our dealers and stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all goods movements while maintaining the Company's initiatives of reducing overall inventory and reducing costs, while also maintaining strong internal controls. Individual should have or be willing to learn SAP, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, negotiate and persuade thru strong leadership skills. The person filling this role will be responsible for identifying and correcting system issues ? working closely with our German colleagues as well as all levels of personnel within the organization.

The position is based in Teaneck, NJ. This position is a full-time position with full benefits.

The position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain

Primary responsibilities include:
? Execute and reconcile monthly cycle counting program for Retail, Used, Repair, Marketing, Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Parts inventories
? Supervise, oversee, and plan every activity that relates to Inventory control in the Organization or Warehouse environment
? Establish daily/weekly/monthly reporting for Inventories
? Assist execution of annual physical inventories and reconciliations
? Execute and maintain SAP Master Data
o Material Master, Customer Master, and Pricing Master

? Execute monthly material scrapping process:
o Main point of contact for scrap process and questions
o Responsible for preparing documentation, obtaining approvals, and executing scrapping process
? Provide backup support for Director of Supply Chain
? Provide general logistics and order entry support during periods of heavy volume
? Assist with relevant company projects on needed basis

Qualifications, skills and abilities:
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
? Must have strong Loss Prevention experience; mindset for finding inventory discrepancies and ensure transactions are being processed correctly and within a timely manner
? Individual should be neutral and be able to call out mistakes & discrepancies before they become inventory count concerns
? There may be some domestic traveling involved
? Able to work independently. Hands-on/Take charge personality.
? Microsoft Excel knowledge, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables
? Junior/Intermediate SAP knowledge (VA01, VL02N, MMBE, etc.) ? inventory and general reporting

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
