The Day-to-Day*

• Welcome each guest warmly and genuinely.
• Answer phone calls, answer questions, and input reservations (when necessary).
• Make calls daily or send messages to guests confirming upcoming reservations.
• Seat guests according to established floor plan, ensuring balance amongst waitstaff.
• Ensure all menus are consistently stocked.
• Assist the waitstaff as needed.
• Remain pleasant, poised, and accommodating at all times.

• Highest attention to detail, timeliness on projects and professional conduct.
• Prior experience in similar position.
• Strong organizational skillset.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Though prior experience is preferred, it is not necessary.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
