Low Voltage Technician
Job description
Marathon Electrical Contractors is seeking a Low Voltage Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing service team. Service scope includes fire alarm, telecommunications structured cabling, security, audio/visual, etc. Responsibilities include managing the overall performance of a team, fostering a safe work environment, achieving sales and new business while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, estimating, managing budgets, procuring material, and hands-on support of direct reports.
- 5+ years experience in Low Voltage (fire alarm, structured cabling, security, Audio/Visual, etc.)
- Management experience
- Industry experience in commercial fire alarm
- NICET Level II Fire Alarm Systems certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Salary and compensation will be based on experience/qualifications and negotiated at time of interviews. Degrees and State Licenses are not required but will be beneficial for this position as well as experience in Government projects and ProCore software navigation.
