- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $28.66 - 30.58 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience. Evening and night shift differential pay
The
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care and Transitional Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN
Nursing schedule includes;
- 80 hours every 2 weeks, full-time
- Day shift
- Every other weekend rotation

Lake City Care Center in SouthEast Minnesota is owned by the Mayo Clinic Health System with the daily operations managed by Ebenezer. The care center includes transitional and long term and is connected to a Mayo clinic and hospital in Lake City, MN so residents don't have to leave the building for a clinic appointment or emergency care if needed.

- Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
- Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Required:
- MN LPN licensure by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers by start date
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:- Previous healthcare experience
- Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
