The Licensed Practical Nurse at our facility is responsible for assisting patients in personal hygiene, bathing, dressing and other activities of daily living. The LPN is also in charge of monitoring the patient for changes in their condition and must be able to move patients into and out of beds, wheelchairs and recliners, as well as to and from commodes. Additionally, the LPN must be able to perform routine lab work in order to monitor the patient's health.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of the personal needs of patients.
• Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
• Provide basic nursing services to patients.
• Be compassionate and caring toward children and their families.
• Adhere to infection control measures.
• Maintain nursing licenses with governing bodies.
• Communicate with medical staff, family members, and other medical professionals.
• Follow specific policies in place at the facility.

Job Types: Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
