LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for Memory Care
Job description
Birchwood Cottages North Mankato Memory Care is seeking an experienced LPN who has a passion and drive to provide high quality care to those living with the challenges of Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, or other forms of memory loss.
As the LPN, you will be work alongside the Clinical Nurse Supervisor to ensure the delivery of resident care and services are consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. The LPN is a key role in educating direct care employees, communicating with residents and families, and other providers.
