We seek a compassionate and dedicated LTC LPN to assist in our skilled nursing facility.
LPN Certificate
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year
Driving License of
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS
Current Active HI License
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Varied -including weekends, holidays. Candidate Must Be Flexible - No guarantee of hours or shift preference
COVID-19 considerations with booster
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Medical Records/Immunization Records ( Flu shot, TB, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, etc.)
RTO required with submission
