Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional programs that promote student’s development of skill and knowledge in content area assigned – Junior High School English Language Arts
- Demonstrate effective command of classroom technology that supports student learning
- Work as a contributing member of the English Department and School Community
- Help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their education
- Create a program of study and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth
- Establish effective rapport with pupils to develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to become successful individuals in accordance with each pupil’s ability
- Establish positive relationships with parents/ guardians and staff members

Job Requirements
- Qualifications/Education:
- A valid Massachusetts Department of Education Educator’s license in Middle School English
- Strong and versatile academic background in Middle School English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to contribute to student life beyond the classroom
- Approved CORI and Fingerprinting results
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
