Solidworks or Inventor

Skills

· Develop concepts and produce complex SolidWorks 3D design models/assemblies and drawings for new product designs.

· Develop fabrication Drawings, fixtures and tooling as required for new and existing product designs.

· Convert previous AutoCAD 2D designs, parts, and assemblies to SolidWorks 3D models/assemblies.

· 5plus years 3D modeling experience using SolidWorks or Inventor with minimum 2+ years working with material handling machinery.

· Experience using production 2D drafting software such as AutoCAD

· Experience with GD&T dimensioning and Extensive use of FEA and other simulation programs

· Must have experience working in a production environment focused on fabricated metal machinery.

Working knowledge of welding, machining, and assembly processes
