Responsibilities:

• Enable world-class user experiences across all our products by developing, maintaining and deploying ML models Infrastructure
• Support the organization across a range of areas including experimentation, fraud, market signals, marketing, pricing, and many more
• Own the implementation of effective, robust, and reproducible machine learning pipelines for new and existing products.
• Building the pipeline to execute ML inference requests and model tuning for the company’s credit decision model for lending operations to drive profitability.
• Build and ship high-quality code, provide thorough code reviews, testing, monitoring and proactive changes to improve stability
• Building tools to automate data collection
• You will work with other software engineers to ensure that our data platform and infrastructure are scalable and reliable to be integrated with the backend system
• Provide mentorship to junior data scientists and machine learning engineers in aspects of machine learning, data and software engineering, and assist them with practical guidance, when needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in applying SOTA machine learning algorithms
• 3+ years of industry experience in predictive modeling, ML engineering, or data science
• Experience with deploying, maintaining, and monitoring production level ML models
• Strong coding & software engineering background, and expertise building & modelling systems using Python, R or SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/Tensorflow/sklearn) and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, matplotlib).
• Experience writing and speaking about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences and giving data-driven presentations
• Experience with data pipelines, pre-processing tools, and MLOps frameworks like MLFlow, weights & Biases etc.
• Team player, open minded, motivated, and dedicated

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering preferred;
• 3+ years of experience in a Data scientist/ ML Engineer capacity.
