Manufacturing and distribution company is hiring full-time machine operator. Some assembly work and packaging required. Training will be provide. This is a Monday – Friday position, day shift (flexible start time after orientation). Benefits include paid holidays and 401K.

Requirements:

· Mechanical aptitude for running machinery, trouble shooting problems and making minor repairs.

· Must be able to perform a tasks independently and accurately.

· Must be fluent in English

· Be able to accurately interpret orders and pull products

· Identify brushes and properly label product

· Able to understand and execute instructions

· Quick to learn – Training will be provided

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· Be able to lift 10 – 50 pounds

· High School diploma or GED equivalent

· Strong work ethic, positive attitude

· Able to multi-task and work efficiently.

· Be a self-starter and self motivated.

· Be looking for a long term position

Beneficial Qualifications but NOT required:

· Certified fork lift operator

Other Job responsibilities include:

· Assemble and package customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner

· Palletize brushes and shrink wrap pallets

· Load/Unload trucks, check in/count/inspect product for damage.

· Manage Inventory of materials that you use. Report low inventory.
