What is this career opportunity?
General Services is seeking a service-oriented, organized individual to join their Print & Mail team. This position performs a variety of mail related duties to successfully deliver and pick-up mail for all state agencies in the Helena area. There are both mail courier responsibilities, such as driving and sorting mail, and duties that involve operating state of the art mail machinery for postage, tracking, addressing, and sorting. It would be great if you have mail courier experience. However, we are open to hiring and training a motivated, energetic candidate with exceptional soft skills to learn and grow into this role.

What are we looking for?
Education and Experience:

  • High school graduation or equivalent and one year of job-related experience. OR
  • Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Learn how to disassemble, clean, perform maintenance, repair and reassemble equipment
