Job Title: Mail Services Coordinator
The primary purpose of the job is to:
- Process service forms for all lines of business with the intent of supplying literature to members.
- Investigate returned member ID card, correct address and re-mail ID card to member
- Research MCG error report utilizing USPS zip code lookup, Melissa data lookup, correcting mailing address in system and ordering ID card.
- Creating and sending out Manual denial letters on a daily basis
- Operates all department hardware including win scanners and low volume
Education and training: Ability to navigate the internet
