Job description

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician needed for an apartment community in Portsmouth. UPA is a seeking candidate who is:

• self motivated, detail oriented and reliable
• persuasive, goal oriented and results focused
• enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals
• completes site paperwork with attention to detail and according to policy
• provides exceptional customer service by appropriately responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
• fixes the problem the first time, identifies additional maintenance issues not yet reported, and follows up accordingly
• manages supply requests by ordering through approved supply vendors on a regular basis
• communicates effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
