Position Summary
Advanced understanding of both mechanical and electrical maintenance (Multi-Craft)

Key Position Results (Examples: Accurate financial reporting, Timely issue resolution, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot & resolve intermediate mechanical & electrical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Completes advanced mechanical & electrical repairs and makes adjustments as needed
• Perform advanced preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
• Makes advanced repairs and adjustment to mechanical & electrical devices
• Successfully troubleshoots mechanical and electrical problems
• May perform basic machining duties
• Completes welding and fabrication tasks with little direction
• Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Other duties as assigned

Critical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, plumbing and code books. Advanced mechanical, welding and cutting skills
• Should be capable of reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.
• Good problem solving skills, safety practices and attention to quality.
• Advanced workbench and computer skills.
• Advanced knowledge of AC/DC motor drives, PLC and SLC controllers and motor control circuits
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, plumbing, and code books.

Education / Training Required

• CPR and First Aid Training
• Lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, confined spaced training
• WI electrical safety training
• Complete knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure Manual
• 3-5 years maintenance experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
