Job description
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: Minimum high school graduate or equivalent and trade school certification (after high school) Must have a knowledge of electrical / mechanical systems of private buildings and safety codes.
B. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' maintenance experience required with 5 years preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability inspect facilities and equipment. A working knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and central systems. A working knowledge of fuel and steam systems. Ability to perform mechanical repairs. Knowledge and observance of safety precautions.
C. Certification/Licensure: Valid driver's license required to operate any Inspira owned vehicles.
