Job description
Looking for a full time maintenance person for our resort hotel. Experience working with a variety of maintenance equipment, including hand and power tools include minor repairs such as caulking, painting, staining, sanding, plumbing. applying pesticides etc. Outdoor duties including weed wacking, blowing, weeding, asphalt repairing, applying pesticides, snow shoving etc. Golf cart maintenance. Helping housekeeping by fogging units and helping pick up laundry and trash in golf cart.Must be able to get private applicator pesticides license once hired which requires classes and passing a test.
Two weeks vacation. every other weekend off. 60% of your health insurance paid for by company. Plus many other perks.
Must be reliable, have your own car, cell phone, pass a background check and drug test. Must live within 40 min drive.
