Maintenance & Service Technician

Texas Air Doctors is a family-owned HVAC Company providing an unbeatable customer service experience to homeowners in the Northeast Tarrant County Region. We are adding Maintenance & Service Technicians wanting to expand and grow their careers to help deliver the quality service our clients have come to expect.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC maintenance, service repairs, and installations for residential customers.
• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical HVAC components.
• Analyze HVAC systems for immediate and preventative repair recommendations and indoor air quality accessories.
• Establish customer rapport to provide proper education and build value in the products and services we provide.
• Communicate with service manager and office regarding supplies and materials needed to complete jobs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Tasks:

• Represent the company in a way to create and maintain relationships.
• Understand expected sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Complete and submit all paperwork in a timely manner (invoices, recommendations, and timesheets).
• Actively participate in training exercises and meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of trade related experience (HVAC preferred)
• AC Technician License & EPA Certification
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, evenings, and on-call rotation schedule.
• Team player that can work well with others and/or independently.
• Motivated, great attitude, and customer service oriented

• Monday to Friday (Full Time)
• Evening when necessary
• Rotating On Call
• Weekend Availability

Pay:

• Competitive hourly rate
• Bonus Pay
• Commission Pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
